Our Mission
At Oruguitas X, all are welcomed and all are valued.
We embrace a culture of diversity where we strive to create an inclusive environment where children and families feel safe and free to be themselves.
We cherish the diversity of humanity, including differences in sex, age, race, ethnicity, national origin, faiths, ability, identity, financial means, family composition and education. Each day and at a young age, we practice kindness, openness, compassion, and integrity.
In addition, we show our little ones the importance to be guided by having emphatic minds and kindness in our actions. As the adults and caregivers, we set the tone. The tone is special here.
Interactions are thoughtful. Children learn the skills of open communication, care of self and others. Equity is nurtured through simple, but important practices. Such as children learning how to resolve disagreements.
